These updates are vital for sustaining and advancing the quality and efficiency of our services to better serve our region. However, during this transition, some community members may experience brief delays in the processing of the LIHEAP applications.

“My family’s electric bill was over $1,200 due to equipment needed to treat COPD and severe asthma. I didn’t know where to go or what to do when I came upon the LIHEAP program. PCA showed me how much they cared for me, without even knowing me personally. I am so thankful programs like this are out there for people in need, and I am forever grateful.”
