2023 DeKalb Water Program (DWP)
The DeKalb Water Program (DWP) is available to all income eligible households in DeKalb County who rent and receive water utilities through DeKalb County Government. This program offers a rate reduction assistance for past-due balances once per program year.
When can I apply?
Limited appointments will become available beginning Monday, May 7, 2023, for qualifying households. New appointments will become available as funding permits.

Renters of DeKalb County who receive water through DeKalb County Government who meet the income qualifications below.

What should I bring to my appointment?
Photo ID for applicant, proof of social security number (if applicable), proof of income for the last 30 days for all household members 18 years and older, most recent water bill, and lease.

All appointments will be conducted in person at 3597 Covington Highway, Decatur, GA 30032. Please enter through the middle door in the parking lot.
